If I move away from the equator and get Multiple sclerosis, Should I move back nearer to equator?

I figure I had some symptoms of this before the move, the symptoms got worse after the move. I am not sure moving back would help though… very stressfull there. Heat, humidity add to the symptoms…Text book stats say more people away from the equater has MS…. just wondering.
