Bombi makes some good points. Get to your doctor to know for sure. Only thing I'll add is that if your family doc suggests a referral to neurology - insist upon one that specializes in Multiple Sclerosis. MS can be tricky to diagnose correctly and many neuros don't see a lot of it. More info and questions to ask here http://blog.neurokc.com/bid/22195/Multiple-Sclerosis-Is-A-Tough-Disease

Ok, I'm not really positive. It could go either way. But i would talk to a doctor. Just to make sure. My father actually recently passed away from a form of MS and some of these symptoms are similar to what he had, although his MS/ALS was mostly in his tongue, so he couldn't talk, and his legs, couldn't walk and his fingers, they curled up like if you bend your knuckles both of them and then pull them away from your palms.

You have described many symptoms that can be associated with MS. If you are truly concerned you should start with your regular doctor and have an exam and describe the symptoms you are experiencing. Your Doc can then refer you to a neurologist who can or a MRI scan of the brain, do a lumbar puncture to check the spinal fluid for signs of MS. These procedures will narrow down what could be ailing you and discern whether you have MS or some MS mimicking condition.
Your vision problem could be optic neuritis and is often indicative of MS.
Good luck and I hope it is nothing serious.
