Feels like my skin is being pricked my needles?

This has been going on for a year. I get it all down the side of my body, especially if I’m laying down on it. It’s unbearable. It feels like thousands, maybe millions for saftey pins are pricking my skin. There is no redness or sweeling, or any other visiable signs that come with the sensation.

I have other symptoms along with the pin pricks, and I am not sure if they are related or not.
My toes turn purple when they are cold and I lost alot of eye site in my right eye ( this started happening long before the pin pricks ). Also, I have unexplained weight loss ( it comes and goes ) and hairloss. I have family members that suffer from multiple sclerosis and I fear that this is what’s wrong with me. I’m to afraid to see a doctor.
