I am terrified that I have multiple sclerosis. I need help?

I’m a female in my early 20s. Ever since I was 16 or 17, I have experience fasciculations in my body all over the place, but it seems like it happens more often in my legs. It also seems like I get more of them when I’m stressed out. I went to the doctor when I was 18 for them but she wasn’t concerned because I didn’t have any other symptoms.

Now ever since January, it seems that when I sometimes move my eyes, a very, very small, pinprick of light appears somewhere in my field of vision. I don’t know if it’s always been there and I’ve just never noticed it. It goes away really fast. Since I have really bad nearsightedness and astigmatism (it runs in the family) I went to my annual optometrist appointment a few months ago. He said everything looked fine in my eye, including my nerve.

The past week, I’ve been having a buzzing sensation in my left foot. It’s not a pins and needles sensation. It’s like there is a cell phone in my foot. It "buzzes" for a second, then stops for a few seconds, and then it buzzes again.

I am TERRIFIED. I made an appointment with a doctor but it’s not until a couple of weeks. I’m losing sleep over this and falling behind in my work. I’m suffering from anxiety so I don’t know if the buzzing is being caused by it. I don’t know what to do…..
