Is an MS diagnosis possible in a week?

I had a friend. We stopped being friends because I didn’t believe she had MS. She is very fond of googling medical conditions, symptoms, medications, and there is something always wrong with her. I believe it is psychological. I always have.
She went to the hospital one night for numbness in her face, and claims within that week she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Isn’t this highly unlikely, if not impossible? Since then, shes claimed rheumatoid arthritis, fibromalayga (sp?), and a few other things. Prior conditions she has claimed, are bipolar, kidney issues, and others. Since I’ve known her since 2008, she has specifically went to doctors asking for specific medications. And has been on at least 30 different ones since then.

She has even gone as far as researching medical problems in her middle child. Supposedly hes Autistic, she was convinced he had Hirchsprungs(sp?), a gluten intolerance… And a list of others..

I’m assuming I’m not over exaggerating, but I’m not a doctor. Does this seem psychological?
