I did not read all of this, but I have to say that this sounds like a case of hypochondriasis.

The worst thing in the world is to research side effects of drugs or diseases because people like you and I get freaked out and start finding symptoms that are not there, or you didn't notice until you started reading about them.

I also have OCD and obsess about diseases, but it's never a bad idea to have a regular visit to the doctor and explain any symptoms you have so they can figure out if you are healthy or not.

I think you are fine, just worrying about what you read. In my mind I have had a million diseases, in real life I've had none!

sounds to me you are focusing on yourself and are overly anxious. All these symptoms you decribed could also be nerve problems from you obcessing over things. See a dr and do some fun things!

I really think it is unlikely that you have MS. You have been going on all this time without thinking you had a disease until you read up on one. It seems that with all the stress, past problems with OCD, and researching symptoms you have got MS on your brain.
But it is fine to check with your doctor and get your symptoms evaluated if they continue or worsen.
Relax.
