Is this MS Multiple sclerosis or migraine? Demyelinization on MRI…?

Hi, I recently had an MRI and it found "5 foci of abnormal signal intensity in the periventricular white matter consistent with sites of demyelinization". My symptoms have included: bad headaches, fuzzy vision, pain in upper corner of eye sockets, neck pain, numb toes, memory and concentration problems, word finding problems, some transient articulation problems, new tendency to mis-spell words that I know, and bladder/incontinence problems. I am a female age 38. My doctor said that the MRI is consistent with migraines and not MS…should I be concerned about MS? If so, what tests would differentiate between migraines and MS?
