I had MS symptoms (optic neuritis, fatigue, memory issues) but my MRI lesions were small. We did the spinal tap and that was how mine confirmed my diagnosis. He checked my spinal fluid and same there was defiantly and autoimmune disease, and check me for others like Lupus and limes disease.
