multiple sclerosis?

For 4 years I have had episodes where parts of my body go numb It started in my fingertips then the next day it was my whole right side of my body even my face and that lasted for 2 weeks then went away but every few weeks my legs would go numb and was hard for me to walk and almost everyday my body is tingly mainly my arms and legs. When I was 12 I was convinced I had lyme disease because I had all of the symptoms and no doctor could figure out why I was always fatigued and had muscle pain. A few weeks after my daughter was born a year and a half ago I had a really bad episode and my legs went numb and they felt like ice inside but burned at the same time very painful and when i put myself in really hot water i didnt even feel it though when i came out i was really red it was hard to walk, my husband said it was depression. also when I bend my head down i feel like i am getting shocked. could it be a b12 deficiency or ms i have no insurance or anything what should i do? I am 20
I can’t just go to a free clinic or anything like that because my husband doesn’t believe me that something is wrong. I always have some kind of problem but no doctor can find anything wrong with me. I have chest pain all of the time it feels like I am having a constant panic attack and I am always dizzy and tired so my husband took me to the er and they took xrays and blood tests and nothing was wrong so they said it was depression or stress or something. But I also had numb legs and the doctor didn’t say anything about it so I thought it was normal but he told me to go to the doctor within the next 3 days and I didn’t because I thought I was just crazy and nothing is wrong with me but then 3 weeks ago my brother was having some of the same symptoms and my mom took him to doctor and he was diagnosed with ms so now I am scared.
