My daughter died a year ago and I think my youngest son will follow soon.?

I lived in Indonesia and have brought them to China and USA, but none of the doctors could correctly diagnosed the sickness they are suffering from. Symptoms are mixture of CP and Multiple Sclerosis. He barely can walk now and has to be spoon fed. Any recommendations of doctors? Advice?
