What neurological diseases cause depersonalization?

The psychologists I have been talking to have decided that I have been depersonalized. But the problem is whether it came from neurological reasons and psychological reasons. My psychologists told me that they are pretty sure my depersonalization came from neurological issues. The symptoms I described to them are a lot more related to neurological problems and I have no psychological reasons to be depersonalized.

If it is neurological, is it possible that I have multiple sclerosis or temporal lobe epilepsy? My conditions are pretty similiar to these two but I heard that temporal lobe epilepsy or MS are recurrent seizures rather than chronic conditions. But recently I feel I have been depersonalized every single minute and it makes me want to die. Is it still possible that I have MS or epilepsys? Does depersonalization that comes from psychological issues (depression, anxiety) and neurological issues (MS, epilepsy) have different expereinces in patients?

Lastly, do neurological conditions that give the patients depersonalization experiences, ALWAYS show in MRI or CT? I am asking this because I have actually taken all the brain tests in my first stroke (I was concious of everything around me but I was not concious of myself (out of body experience)) and the neurologists didn’t find anything other than a relatively enlarged ventricle.

I really need help at least in on-line because my parents don’t want me to see a psychiatrist or a neurologist so I can’t see them. Thank you.
