Thank everyone for their wonderful answers on how to deal with the pain of the Avonex.
How do you get used to giving yourself injections. I tried to play a game with myself and reward myself if I was able to do it. I took the med out of the fridge, got the alchol, etc readay and then I chickened out and broke down. This is very hard and this is only my second injenction. How will I ever be able to do this every week?
