Your primary care doctor can order many different tests that can help try to figure out what is wrong. You yourself know your body, your Dr's don't. Request them to follow up with more tests. You can do a lot of your research online, but don't just jump for one big illness. Do your research right and find many different options, go over them with your PC. If he/she doesn't want to help you, find another. Get a second opinion. I do know that depression is the cause for some of the symptoms that you have. The swallowing, unsteady balance, getting dizzy, did they check for an ear problem. You can always call an ear, nose and throat dr. for those. It sounds like a really bad ear infection.
