Anyone have help for numb feet and multiple sclerosis? Very bad!?

Has anyone ever been diagnosed with optic neuritis and if so did you regain back your normal vision.?

I was diagnosed with optic neuritis about a month ago. It causes swelling of the optic nerve in the back of the eye which causes vision loss and distortion.
